Stretches and other exercises for Cyclists
This class will focus on hip and shoulder mobility to avoid/diminish knee, hip, back, shoulder, and neck issues. We will go over how and what to roll, lengthen, activate, and strengthen to keep your joints healthy and improve performance. If there is time, we will put it all together in a short dynamic mobility/stability sequence that can be used pre and post ride.
Please bring a mat and whatever rollers/balls you use at home.
