Yoga Poses and Stretches for Cyclists
You will be participating in a 90 minute class with instructions. Stephanie will cover pre- and post ride stretches that will help improve flexibility and may even aid in reducing some nagging issues that have been plaguing you for a while.
Bring a Yoga Mat or large towel, blocks or books that might help with stability exercises and straps or belts.
