August Club Meeting

We will be at Los Teltecos for the monthly meeting on Monday, August 9th, 2010. The business portion will begin at 7:00pm (optional dinner at 6). The address for the restaurant is 1046 Millwood Pike, Winchester, VA 22602.

Mission Statement
The purpose of the organization is to provide opportunities for extending the individual's knowledge and appreciation of the environment and to provide opportunities for improving individual bicycling skills by:

1. promoting bicycling as a recreation, a sport, and as a
    viable means of transportation

2. promoting public recognition of the need for
    safer cycling conditions

3. encourage the development of public facilities, including 
     bike paths and trails, for recreational and functional uses
    of bicycles

4. cooperating with public authorities in the observance of 
    all traffic regulations
