The annual December Wheelmen Banquet will be held on Monday, December 9, 2013, at the Winchester Country Club. Cost for members is $20. The menu consists of mixed greens salad, roasted garlic whipped potatoes, glazed carrots with ginger & scallions, sliced London Broil with caramelized onions & mushrooms, walnut crusted salmon with Pommeray mustard sauce, rolls & butter, coffee & tea, desserts – homemade bread pudding with caramel sauce, chocolate cake, apple pie & cherry pie. Amy Hartman, 46, of Middletown, Virginia, died Sunday, October 27, 2013, at Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton, Virginia. Mrs. Hartman was born in 1967, in Petersburg, West Virginia, the daughter of Edgar Pratt and Corrine Lambert and her stepfather, Ron Lambert. She is a graduate of Moorefield High School, Class of 1985, and West Virginia University with a BSN degree, Class of 1990. Amy was employed as a registered nurse with Valley Health Surgi- Center where she was a Clinical Manager. Amy will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Amy married Richard Hartman II, on August 3, 1991 in Moorefield, West Virginia. Surviving with her husband is her mother and stepfather of Moorefield, WV, and a stepbrother, Mark Lambert and wife Beth, of Franklin, West Virginia; Amy is also survived by many extended close family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Edgar Pratt.

The purpose of the organization is to provide opportunities for extending the individual’s knowledge and appreciation of the environment and to provide opportunities for improving individual bicycling skills by:
- promoting bicycling as a recreation, a sport, and as a
- viable means of transportation
- promoting public recognition of the need for
safer cycling conditions
- encourage the development of public facilities, including
bike paths and trails, for recreational and functional uses
- cooperating with public authorities in the observance of
all traffic regulations
